The PropData MCP connector is a customer-safe OAuth MCP server in front of the PropData API. Sign in once with your PropData key and email and your AI client gets property, parcel, market, comps and rent tools that count against your plan.

Connect in three steps

  1. Subscribe to any PropData U.S. plan; your pd_live_ key arrives by email.
  2. Add the MCP server URL to your client (Claude, ChatGPT connectors, Cursor or any MCP client).
  3. Approve the OAuth prompt with your PropData key and email. The tools appear in the client.
